Reading a good book is always good!

BOOKS MADE INTO MOVIES

“Time flies and there is little to spare” that is what many people say. However, there must be moments of pause, so one can think about things other than job, duties and responsibilities. To do so, some few activities like hooking up on a dancing lesson, staying and home and sleeping in, watching a good film, or surfing the web can be useful if you want to relax. This list is rather short of course, but there is one more activity that must be added and that can truly help you forget all your worries, and if your choice is good, it can certainly guarantee lots of fun, excitement and entertainment: reading a book!

As they say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, so what a good book is depends on each person. There are different kinds of genres, and endless options to choose (everybody can find something they like). Yet, dear reader, as we live is a fast pace society, some questions arise: When was the last time you read a book that was a real page turner? What was it like? Do you remember what it made you feel? Why? Hopefully, the memories of a good book are fresh in your mind. If not, here is a list of great books that you can read and enjoy.

PS: Knowing that life goes fast, all the books that you see in this list were made into movies (so if there is no time to read the whole book, you can watch the movie… however, no movie can match what your imagination does while you are reading).

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

A house is never still in darkness to those who listen intently; there is a whispering in distant chambers, an unearthly hand presses the snib of the window, the latch rises. Ghosts were created when the first man awoke in the night.

J.M. Barrie
